THE ESTATE
The name "Cascine Conchette" means multiple houses in a safe place.
It is a piemontese historic estate built approximately 1470, an old winery.
It was renovated with love and each room redesigned with thought and care - offering you state of the art facilities and absolute tasteful interior.
The vacation resort consists of two houses that stand alone and five apartments (a total of 15 double rooms), that are all united to one complex, the Casine Conchette.

The Cascine Conchette holiday complex in Piemont
is a property with 14 hectares of land, on which there are many quiet areas and a wild and romantic gorge, which are ideal for adventure hours.
Enjoy peace and quiet, rediscover the sounds of nature, feel the warming rays of the sun on your skin and reflect on old values ...
With five independent holiday apartments, plus the holiday home Alba and the holiday home Ciglie, privacy is provided, although the inner courtyard is ideal for social gatherings.
There is also a common room for around 24 people and a large kitchen. This is ideal for family celebrations, seminars, courses etc.
Two high-performance charging stations are available for guests arriving by e-car.
OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
Each house has its own private kitchen where you can have breakfast in peace.
We are also happy to offer you a bread delivery service.
Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the garden or in the common room.
Free Wifi
Wifi is available free of charge in the whole complex - unfortunately there is no high-speed wifi for recreational purposes, so enjoy the peace and quiet of everyday life with us
Garden
In addition to the idyllic landscape around the complex, we also have our own charming garden in the inner courtyard for our guests. There are also small tables with seating for sociable moments.
Housekeeping
All houses are cleaned thoroughly after a guest visit and freshly stocked with towels and bed linen. You can always request a replacement.
Pool
Our pool is lovingly cared for for you every day and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
At the pool there are comfortable loungers to relax and a pavilion for other activities such as painting, yoga, games, etc.
Degustation Service
If you are a wine lover or culinary connoisseur and would like to be pampered, you can also book a tasting with or without a meal, which is organized either in the common room, the garden or for you externally at a winery.

Piemont has many idyllic Italian cities that invite you to explore - enjoy romantic evenings with culinary specialties.
You can see them from the Conchette, in 40 minutes by car you are there - the mountains! Great routes for hikers, cyclists and skiers both in summer and winter.
In just 45 minutes by car you are at the sea, and you can let your mind wander in the coastal towns with the delicious cappuccino in hand.
The Cascine Conchette is located in the middle of one of the most famous wine regions in Italy, and we highly recommend that you visit the surrounding wineries and taste the great wine.

From yoga to watercolor painting - several times a year we offer courses on our premises, click here for the current selection.
Due to the pandemic no courses are available at the moment.

A lifelong dream finally became reality - we have had a great affinity with Italy for many years, from vino to olive trees, from the architecture of the old buildings to the language and the people's attitude towards life.
